1. Introduction
By accessing or using this mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.
2. Eligibility
To use Fun & Earn, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Registration and Account
-Users must register by providing their name, email ID, phone number, and password.
-Users must also provide a referrer mobile number if applicable.
-Upon registration, users will receive an OTP to their email ID or mobile number for verification.
4) Subscription Plans
- Fun & Earn offers various subscription plans with different benefits and income potential.
- Subscription plans include lifetime validity and may come with additional benefits such as travel coupons.
- Subscription payments can be made using selected UPI modes (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, or BHIM).
5. Modification of Terms
The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Refund Policy
1. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the payment is successful. In case of any technical issues or errors during payment, users should contact customer support within 48 hours for resolution.
2. Service Refunds
Refunds for services such as Tours & Travels bookings or ecommerce purchases will be governed by the respective service provider's refund policy.
3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds should be directed to customer support. The company will review and resolve disputes on a case-by-case basis.
